At a time when reliability, data sovereignty, and compliance are key requirements for IT infrastructures, we are setting new standards: We are the only provider in Austria to offer an IBM Power Cloud based on a highly available three-site concept—fully implemented in certified Austrian data centers and adhering to the highest security standards. Together with our German sister company, IT-PS Deutschland, we thus offer a high-performance solution for customers throughout the DACH region. Our platform meets the highest requirements for availability, performance, and sovereignty—while ensuring full control in accordance with applicable EU law.

Three locations. One promise: maximum availability.

Our new setup enhances the previous redundant design with a third, strategically located site—thereby creating a true three-site model for maximum availability.
All three data centers are connected via dedicated, path-redundant fiber-optic links using DWDM technology and offer:

• Geographic separation based on metropolitan distance (e.g., Danube North/South, different electricity providers)
• Redundant IBM Power servers at each location
• 3-Site Storage Concept for High Availability and Disaster Resilience
  Two sites are primarily used for production and each house a network node, while the third site focuses on tape backups and disaster recovery (DR) infrastructure.

• SIEM Monitoring of the Entire Cloud Environment

A special security feature we offer: IBM Safe Guarded Copy—a backup copy of your critical production data that cannot be deleted or modified. This enables us to restore the system to its original state in the shortest possible time in the event of an emergency—even in the case of targeted attacks.
